Maison Blanks is an independent online store operated by an individual based in the United Kingdom. We are not currently a VAT-registered or incorporated company. However, we are still legally responsible for supplying goods as described and in line with UK consumer law.

Payment must be made in full at checkout.

If a pricing error occurs:

  • You will be charged the lower price if applicable
  • Or contacted if the correct price is higher
  • We reserve the right to cancel affected orders.

Shipping and Delivery

Orders are dispatched within the timeframe stated on our website.

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Delays may occur due to:

  • Customs processing
  • Incorrect address details
  • Events outside our control

You are responsible for providing accurate delivery details.

If a parcel is returned due to failed delivery attempts, additional shipping fees may apply.

International Orders

Risk and Ownership

Ownership passes once full payment is received.

Responsibility passes to you once goods are delivered to your address.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Parcels

Once a parcel is marked as delivered by the courier, it is considered delivered.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen parcels after delivery confirmation, including deliveries left in safe places or shared locations.

If your parcel is marked as delivered but not received:

  • You must contact the courier
  • Notify us within 7 days

We may assist in investigations but do not guarantee refunds or replacements.

If a parcel is confirmed lost in transit, we will provide a replacement or refund.

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Goods

You are entitled to goods that are as described, of satisfactory quality, and fit for purpose.

If there is an issue, contact us promptly with:

  • Evidence (e.g. photos)

We may offer:

  • Refund

Claims may be refused where issues result from misuse, wear and tear, or disclosed defects.

Returns (Change of Mind)

Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is faulty.

We recommend tracked returns, as we are not responsible for lost returns.

Refused Deliveries and Unclaimed Parcels

  • Return costs may be deducted from your refund

If the parcel is not returned to us, no refund will be issued.

Refunds
