Thank you for shopping with us. We hope you’re satisfied with your purchase; however, if you need to make a return, please review our ‘Returns & Refund’ policy below.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, item(s) must:
- Be returned within 14 days of delivery
- Be In their original, unused condition
- Have all tags attached and be in original packaging/ protection
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return:
- Contact our customer service team at info@maison-blanks.com.
- Include your name, order number, reason for return, and photos if the product is faulty or damaged.
If your return is approved, we will provide further instructions on how to proceed.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost, delayed, or damaged in transit.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos so we can review the issue.
Once confirmed, we will offer either a replacement or a full refund, depending on your preference. Please note that replacements or refunds will only be processed once the original item has been returned to us.
If you experience a manufacturing fault with the strap or hardware within 30 days of purchase, please contact us and we will arrange a replacement strap where applicable.
Damage caused by overloading, excessive weight, or general wear and tear is not considered a manufacturing fault. In these cases, replacement straps may be available to purchase separately.
Non-Returnable Items
- Sale items are considered ‘Final Sale’ and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Pre-order items are eligible for exchange or store credit only (valid for 3 months).
Rejected or Late Returns
Returns that do not meet our guidelines will be rejected. Customer will be responsible for the cost of having the item(s) sent back to them.
Any returns received after 14 days will not be accepted and will be returned at the customer’s expense. We will notify you via email if this applies.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 5 business days of receiving and inspecting your return.
Please allow an additional 5-10 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
International Returns
For international returns outside of the United Kingdom, please ensure parcels are clearly marked as "Returned Goods" to help avoid additional charges upon re-entry. We recommend checking with your local customs office for specific requirements.
Please note that customers are responsible for any import duties, VAT, customs charges, or courier handling fees incurred during the international returns process.
If we are required to pay these charges in order to receive the returned parcel, the cost will be deducted from your refund. If the charges applied exceed the refund value, we reserve the right to refuse the parcel or request payment before accepting it.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you would like a different item, please contact us via email, return the original item(s), and let us know your preferred replacement. A new order will be issued once the returned item(s) are received, subject to availability.
