Important Information
- Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK Bank Holidays
- Delivery times may be extended during Bank Holidays and Public Holidays
- Orders placed after 3PM will be dispatched the next working day
Customs Fees
Orders shipped outside the UK may incur customs duties, taxes, and additional import fees upon arrival at the destination country. These charges are determined by your local customs authority, and you will be contacted directly by the shipping provider to arrange payment.
Maison Blanks cannot be held responsible for any additional customs charges applied to your order. We recommend checking with your local customs office for an estimate of potential fees before placing your order.
If a customer refuses to pay customs charges and the parcel is returned to sender, we will not process a refund until the parcel is delivered back to us. Please note that shipping charges will not be refunded.
